So many of you who visit me at the El Shaddai Atomy Center ask the same sweet question the moment you walk in: “Eydie… what do you use every day?” I love this question because it tells me something beautiful: You’re ready to honor your skin, your body, and your health with intention.

Today, I want to gently walk you through my daily natural beauty routine, not to tell you what you must do, but to give you a window into the simple, loving habits that support my skin and wellness at age 67 (and counting!). Everything I use is clean, gentle, and kind to the body God designed with such wisdom.

This routine isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, purity, and self-respect. So, come with me. Let’s start the day together.

🌅 Morning Routine, Awakening the Skin God Gave You

  1. Warm Water Rinse

Before anything else, I gently splash my face with warm water. It wakes up the skin without stripping natural oils.

Your skin does so much healing at night, let it keep the moisture God gave it.

  1. Clean, Gentle Foam Cleanser (Atomy Evening Care Foam Cleanser)

Soft, mild, and non-drying. I massage it in with slow, upward strokes, lifting, not pulling.

My clients with sensitive skin always sigh with relief when they try this.

  1. Toner (Atomy Toner)

Toner is the silent hero of skincare. It hydrates, balances, and prepares the skin for everything that comes next.

I pat it on with my hands, never with a cotton pad. Your hands are healing tools. Use them.

  1. Essence (Atomy Essence or Synergy Ampoule Program)

This is where nourishment sinks deep.

I use essence to support:

Think of essence as the soil your skin grows from.

  1. Eye Cream (Atomy Eye Cream)

A tiny bit goes a long way.

I tap it lightly under the eyes and along the brow bone, never rubbing.
This is especially important for women over 50, when the eye area becomes more delicate.

  1. Nutrition Cream (Atomy Nutrition or Absolute CellActive Cream)

This is my daily “seal of protection.”

It nourishes the skin, locks in hydration, and gives a naturally healthy glow — not an artificial shine.

I always say, “Your cream should feel like a deep breath for your skin.”

  1. Sunscreen

Outside or inside, cloudy or sunny — sunscreen is non-negotiable.
Healthy skin is protected skin.

Find one that is clean, non-greasy, and kind to your pores.

💧 Throughout the Day — Gentle Care

Hydration

I drink lemon water with a pinch of pink salt or mineral drops.
Hydrated skin starts in your bloodstream, not your bathroom.

Supplement Support (Atomy Health Products)

I take:

These have been powerful in my own recovery and long-term wellness.

Natural Makeup

I use only products that allow my skin to breathe. I want my face to feel alive, not covered.

“Enhance what God gave you — don’t hide it.”

🌙 Evening Routine — Restoring Beauty While You Sleep

Nighttime is when your skin receives the most healing.
What you do here matters.

    1. Deep Cleanse (Double-Cleanse Method)

I first use a gentle cleanser (Atomy Deep Cleanser or Oil Cleanser), followed by the foam cleanser.
This removes makeup, sunscreen, and pollution without stripping your skin.

    1. Toner → Essence → Eye Cream → Nutrition Cream

Just like the morning, but I use slightly more cream at night.

    1. Neck & Décolleté Care

I treat my neck and chest with the same respect as my face.
Aging doesn’t just touch one area, it whispers everywhere.

    1. Prayer & Peace

Before I sleep, I pray over my thoughts, my body, and anyone God puts on my heart.

Emotional rest shows on your skin just as much as physical rest.
Peace is part of the beauty routine.

✨ Beauty Is a Ministry

Skincare is not vanity. It is stewardship. It is honoring the body and presence God entrusted to you. It is creating a calm moment in your day. It is loving yourself the way God already loves you.

And it is my joy to walk this journey with you.
