For years, I lived in the world of high-end cosmetics and fashion. I modeled, sold luxury beauty products, and sat under perfect studio lighting more times than I can count. I loved the artistry of it all. The transformation. The confidence. The little lift a touch of color can give a woman who needs it.
But a shift was happening, quietly, softly, and at first, only in whispers.

A Heart Attack That Changed Everything
I don’t share this part of my story often, but it shaped the rest of my life.
Years ago, I suffered a heart attack and underwent major surgery. My world paused. All the beauty… the style… the shine… none of that mattered in that moment. What mattered was learning what my body truly needed.
